This is Helena's most recent CD and was recorded before a live audience in 1997.  It includes all original material bar one which is an a capella folk number.  

It really is Helena as you would hear her at a gig - guitar and vocals and nothing else! 

Most of the songs have been written from the early to mid 1990s onwards and are all very popular still at her live performances.
